Unfortunately, whenever this film attempts to depict anything resembling the motivational keys of emotional storytelling — love, revenge, anger — it feels like McG is wishing he could be blowing stuff up.

I guess no one will even bother to give the new Terminator movies a chance just because James Cameron isn't doing them… Oh no! Sacrilege! Get over it. I've enjoyed all the movies, and I'm looking forward to more…
I didn't care much for the series though… It had some potential, but not enough to keep me all that interested…

I'm in “like” with one and two, two aging rather poorly over time. I probably can deal with Terminator Salvation.

Maybe I'm a masochist, but I've seen every one of the Terminator films, and, truth be told, love the first one (who doesn't!) and the TV series –which the idiots at Fox canceled. The series took the franchise in a totally different direction that was very thoughtful — much like BSG. And yeah, I had to work in at Battlestar Galactica mention.

After the utter stupidity that was Terminator 3, I spurned this flick like a panda mama accidentally sits on her baby.

Alright, so that's awful, but I'm working out the bugs.
