Man, I can’t fucking believe we’ve never had any Zevon here. That needs to change:like:now.

So here’s The Electric Werewolf Strikes, which I believe to be a recording of a mid-period Zevon concert, despite what the ID3 tags might say about it being from 1980. The audio is pretty clear, if a little mushy Á¢€” I’d boost the levels if I had any spare moments this afternoon Á¢€” and the setlist is a pretty decent cross-section of Zevon standards. Perhaps someone who knows more about this stuff than I do will shed some light on this set’s true origins.

Someday, maybe we’ll even get an Idiot’s Guide. I doubt I’ve got the stones to write it, but he should get one.

Anyway, download! Enjoy! Have one helluva weekend!
