Jimmy Cliff bubbled under twice in the decade, first with “(You’re Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher and then with “Hakuna Matata” from the Lion King.
George Clinton bubbled under in 1993 with “Paint the White House Black.”
C-Note hit #104 in 1999 with “Wait Till I Get Home”
Tom Cochrane bubbled under at #101 in 1995 with “I Wish You Well.”
Marc Cohn bubbled under in 1993 with “Walk Through the World.”
Jude Cole bubbled under in 1993 with “Worlds Apart.”
Natalie Cole bubbled under in 1998 with “The Christmas Song.”
