As a trusted consultant for the last 30 years my opinion is highly valued. That said, I have to disagree with you on the flavor and texture of this bourbon. Eagle Rare is easily one of my favorite bourbons, much better the Woodford Reserve. Woodford Reserve is pretty good too, but if I had to choose, I would go with Eagle Rare each time.
