Ahhh, Captain Video, you have saved the day yet again!!! Hilarious installment. I caught BC + Brian Howe (aka, Nick Nolte) on tour for their last album together, 1992's Here Comes Trouble. They were soooo kind to the audience -- the opened AND closed with the why-bother-pressing-record, How About That!!! It could be worse. Remember all those music videos where nerd pines for hot chick from afar, then she's about to be violated/bitch-slapped/put through binding arbitration by the studly high school jock? Who's there to save the day, thanks to the Popeye Punch of faceless '80s AOR? Nerd-kid! And he gets the girl too! Wunderbar!

The lesson learned here is that everyone has a shot with the person of their dreams, if only you can get to them as they're about to be brutalized. (We call that the Back To The Future method of seduction.)
