You know, not all of us have perfect timing, and unlike some who do we’ve all had our share of screw ups, so just like Michael Jackson and David Cassidy, Kenny came during a time of musical transistion and was caught in an era where to make money you had to go with the flow.

So you can say what you want, but you’re missing the point. Kenny Loggis has one of the best voices on the planet. His inflection and pitch is perfect, not in ONE song, but in EVERY song he’s done.

I L O V E this song not in spite of but because of it's 80's overproduction. But I either have repressed the memory of the video or never saw it; I honestly believe it to be the former. Oh man this song makes me want to eighties dance….

And just for the record, I love “Heart to Heart” and “I'm Free” and “This is It” but if locked me in a room where I had to listen to “Footloose” all the time… I'm afraid I'd prefer to gouge out my own eardrums. Can't stand that song.
