Green Day's done so many different sounds, and done them well, that some have to sound similar. I admire they are getting older and pulling it together. I've been a huge fan from the second I heard When I Come Around on the radio and having heard every song they've ever made, I think 21st Century Breakdown was their next level, and I love it. I don't think it matter if the songs sound like some they've already done. Green Day's done so many different sounds, and done them well, that some have to sound similar. I admire they are getting older and pulling it together.
