"Dirty Laundry" suffers from being in the hand of the same crew of LA session vets who made so many Zevon songs plod along, but speaking as a journalist, I think it's a well-aimed zinger at my profession. (I always tell myself it's about those TV people, not us noble newspaper folk.)
