Rush may not have done a power ballad, but they did quite a few ballads. “Tears,” “Different Strings,” “Losing It” and “Nobody's Hero” spring to mind. As for this song, you call this a power ballad? Murder ballad is more like it. Yikes. I need to take a shower after reading those lyrics. The dirt…won't…come…off…

Jack Wagner's “All I Need” beats this Crue song anyday.

Don't hate on Wagner! His albums had some ballads, but there were some rockers on there too!

I always thought that this could have been a huge hit single. I don't remember seeing them play it live on that tour or any others after that for that matter.
