But unfortunately for people who'd like to see NOLA hit by hurricanes just to make political points, it appears that Jindal is all over it this time. He's ordering evacs to begin this weekend, buses are en route, plans are taking shape & the national guard is on call. Now if someone can keep Nagin in check they might make through a new disaster.<br><br>The real story, imho, is that hurricane Hanna is right on its heels.
