After watching the DVDs, I went through a period where I just did the “HA-Ha!” laugh over and over again, except the “oh” part sounded more like Krusty the Clown. My wife was ready to kill me.

I love Three Sides Live and vaguely recall seeing the Mama Tour thing. I'd get both those on their own, if they're available as such, while avoiding the Invisible Touch / We Can't Dance stadium stuff, which doesn't much interest me.

But I just have to say again:

A curse and a blessing, for the fans that were disappointed by the alterations Genesis needed to make for the When In Rome release (most notably the need to drop those high notes for the sake of Collins' voice no longer being able to hit them) this box can function as a set that helps you remember them as they were. The completest can get When In Rome, but it really shows a band that just can't achieve as much as they used to. It happens. Aging is a you-know-what.

It's a shame that there's not enough footage to group together a Peter Gabriel Years release, leaving the box necessarily but frustratingly incomplete.
