Artists would name a song “CH- – CH” and then spend the three minutes singing “What's missing? You are!” Ideas that rose above pun and cheerleading were considered as some sort of darkness of the soul… So anyone that attempted it would either be considered brilliant or heretic.

Dare I suggest there is just a wee bit of pretension at work in this band?

I always wondered what had happened to this group that I listened to as a teen.

I remember my parents telling me that they were “not Christian enough”, and the Christian Record Stores being reluctant to carry the record in the small town I lived, and my siblings calling it “wierd”.

I am thrilled this CD is returning to life. The same company also recently released an excellent retrospective by the recently deceased Larry Norman as well.

Arena Rock Recording Company is either nuts or has guts. Reissuing this gem tells me they have guts. Thanks for putting the word out.
