		<description>Sadly Zack, I&#039;ve worked with more managers who are like Bush than the good ones you mention.  Good managers are rare, and I suppose that&#039;s why &lt;i&gt;Office Space&lt;/i&gt; is so &quot;on the money&quot; when it comes to skewering the bad ones.</description>
