1.  Wow, this was written two years ago and you felt the need to comment on my rant.  Thanks for caring.

2.  You have no idea who I am or where my beliefs or spirituality lie.  You don’t know me, my actions, my way of life or how I treat others.  Again, thanks for caring, but it’s really not necessary.  I believe in a higher power, but refuse the kool-aid of religion.  I’m very comfortable in my beliefs and the path I’m walking upon.  I don’t steal, I’m kind to others, don’t impose my views upon them and respect others’ rights, even yours.  Of course you are entitled to believe I am going to burn in the fires of hell, but nothing you can say will make ME believe it.  So pray for me all you want.  I’ll do the same for you.

3.  The man who lectured us was a charlatan of the worst kind, using Jesus and religious fear to make a buck.  Maybe you missed it, but that was the main point of what I wrote, not that I was a Jesus-rejecting heretic.  Where did I mock Jesus?  I was mocking the lecturer who was trying to profit off of peoples’ religions beliefs which I think is a heinous sin.

4.  If I may, a little constructive criticism.  Read what you wrote before you hit post.  Written messages are much more effective without all the misspellings and grammatical errors.

What if I forwarded the cassette to the end of “Fire on High,” turned the tape around in the player, and played it AT TOP VOLUME with my headphones on? Maybe, since the other side of the tape was blank, the backward “shadow” of “Fire on High” would play clearly enough that I could hear the spooky voice!

No, no, no! The way to do it (or at least, the way I found the secret message in The Wall) is to unscrew the cassette shell, then flip over the two tape spools, so that the tape is upside-down. The sound is muddy, but it still comes through the tape much better through the tape, than bleeding off onto adjacent tracks.

But having said that, EightE1 is right: the “Reverse” menu option in Audacity works much better.
