It is too bad they were pegged as a novelty--maybe if this were the first single, their career would have gone differently... Yeah, pretty horrible title, but I wonder if any of the songs were good -- you know, kind of like Frankie Goes To Hollywood's "Liverpool" album. It wasn't a great album, but there were some good songs on it. It's tough for a new group when one song on an album is a novelty tune and the rest don't really sound like the “hit.”
