Good story. I loved the Dismemberment Plan -- I still think they were the greatest rock band since the Pixies, and only Sleater-Kinney come close for me -- and of course possibly their best known song is another holiday song ("The Ice of Boston", set on New Year's Eve).<br><br>My wife and I saw the two shows the Dismemberment Plan did in New York on their breakup tour -- completely different sets except both of them had "OK Joke's Over" as an encore; I think it totaled 37 songs, which was almost all of them -- and it's a central memory for both of us of the early days of our relationship. Ha! Good story.
