The guitars are a lot more upfront than on their studio stuff. I don't think they've actually started recording again just yet - I think they're heading back into the studio in early 2010 - but they are playing some shows throughout the fall. The live record is out on 10/27 - I'll be reviewing it in a couple of weeks. Sorry, should have been clearer – the live album is quite good, yeah.
