I think “Alice's Restaurant” is one of the most popular Thanksgiving songs out there, but I never really got into it. However, you now have a few more Thanksgiving songs to add to dinner.

Hell, the only Thanksgiving song I knew of was “Alice's Restaurant Massacree.” My family would sit at the table, load up the plates, and somebody would hit play on the tape deck.

20 minutes later or so, food is gone, song is over and it's time for a nap in front of a football game.

I agree. Just having Guaraldi's music on in the background lifts my mood considerably.
