I bought the first one because, well, "Voice Carry" was the only song I knew at the time with lyrics that repeated "Shut up" so many times. But I was pretty disappointed with that album. I saw 'Til Tuesday perform "What About Love" on some show prior to Welcome Home's release, and was able to snag a copy at the radio station I was working at. Plus, it didn't hurt that "Coming Up Close" was in medium rotation, so I heard that song quite a lot -- and never grew tired of it. I'm happy to report that while I listened to Welcome Home over and over the year it was released, it was never the soundtrack to my college relationships. <br><br>By the way, I liked what Aimee Mann said to you at the record store signing in your Pop Matters piece.
