I also think it was Peace Together, but part of the clue doesn't fit.

Sinead appeared on the album (and sang in the title track with Peter Gabriel, Nanci Griffith and Feargal Sharkey), but the other track she collaborated on wasn't a cover: Religious Persuasion, an Andy White song that was performed by O'Connor, White and the great Billy Bragg.
