Their band name seems like the work of evil hipsters, but ON AN ON’s debut single, “Ghosts,” is like a really good day boiled down to five minutes and change — a collision of fleeting moments, some better than others, but ones that all somehow fit together when taken as a whole, and leave you with a feeling of satisfied warmth when they’re over. Equal parts atmosphere and melody, with a handful of clever production thrown in for good measure, “Ghosts” bodes well for their upcoming full-length, Give In, due January 29. Listen here:
