They had so many singles off this album. Dodgy, Yellow And Blue, Obvious Boy, Spirit - so funny. Singer Chuck Jenkins said in a n interview it was like Thriller or something.<br><br>Jenkins has a nice solo career going in Australia. He also used to work at Gaslight Records, one of the the best music shops in Aus (now sadly gone).<br><br>Great find and great column. I used to follow this band around in Australia back in the day. I posted about it a couple of weeks ago <a href="http://auspowerpop.blogspot.com/2009/07/musical-coincidences-14.html" rel="nofollow">on my blog</a>.<br><br>Thanks for bringing Icecream Hands to the attention of readers outside of Australia. They've quietly beavered away at their craft for years, and with little fanfare (power pop suffers from a lack of promotion pretty much everywhere, I guess), but at least they have a loyal following here in the land of Australians.<br><br>Thanks again, David.
