It was almost like Green telling, "Hey, thanks for putting up with all that for the last hour - now here's what you came for." Bought it before I had heard a note. Rap and Scritti Politti? What had Green been doing the last decade in his studio? This was like the indie "Chinese Democracy" (okay, not really, but how could I resist saying something so pretentious??).<br><br>"Mystic Handyman," "Here Come July," "First Goodbye." Green really let the guitars loose on this. A real rocking Scritti Politti, spackled together with some hip-hop! I was totally blown away by this release when it came out.
