Popdose is pleased to introduce you to Aussie alt-rock trio Kingswood, who are set to release After Hours, Close to Dawn on March 3.

Turning left where the listener expects right, the band’s sophomore LPputs the band on he front line of innovation, mixing shades of R&B grooves, straight up rock & roll, garage and some space-age sounds.  Recorded over a seven-week period at Nashville’s legendary Sound Emporium, the record follows 2014’s debut,Microscopic Warswhich hit #6 on the ARIA albums chart, moved more than 50K copies in Australia and offered the band a stadium show with AC/DC.  Not bad for a band who had only one album.

This track, “Library Books” is a heady mix of the styles mentioned above;  it’s radio-friendly and it does rock.  So please give a listen to Kingswood’s “Library Books” and see if you agree.

After Hours, Close to Dawn will be released on Friday, March 3, 2017.
