What the heck is the Popdose Poplab?

Funny you should ask. You are now, officially, staring at the first of several videos that will take a critical, incisive look at traits and tropes in music, movies, television, and books. Each episode will attempt to dig into what works, why it works, and why it continues to work after multiple iterations.

Episode One looks at the all-important chorus of a song. In this case we look at four different tracks and identify the similar pattern between them. Then we answer why this should be the case.
