It feels like every year at summer camp, we watched that movie and every year I enjoyed it. One year I got home and went through all the movies my dad had taped off television and found out we owned the Goonies . I was so excited I popped it in the VCR and watched it. Then I found out my father had taped over the last 10 minutes. I know this part isn't all that important, but it was still disappointing. While I hadn't been born yet when this came out, some of my camp counselors, or maybe their siblings, would have been the right age, and thank God for that. It feels like every year at summer camp, we watched that movie and every year I enjoyed it. One year I got home and went through all the movies my dad had taped off television and found out we owned the Goonies . I was so excited I popped it in the VCR and watched it. Then I found out my father had taped over the last 10 minutes. I know this part isn't all that important, but it was still disappointing.
