ThankyouThankyouThankyou! I agree the movie isn't that great (except for the writhing on the table scene) and Stephen Baldwin is always questionable, but I love the soundtrack! And i bought it on CD as well.

I ran out and bought this soundtrack because it was the first chance I had to get “Make Me Smile” and “Is Your Love Strong Enough?” on CD. The fact that it had General Public, U2, Jellyfish and Tears for Fears was gravy. The kids today will not appreciate that hunting down a song used to be an art form. God, I've totally turned into Abraham Simpson.

The thought of a threesome with Stephen Baldwin was terrifying even in 1994. I met him at a club a few years later, post-fame but pre-Christian; friendly enough guy but no, not threesome material if I were obliged to do boy-girl-boy.

Hi Kelly – I'll never understand why Josh Charles didn't become a bigger star. He is adorable. I have this soundtrack on CD already but it's nice of you to post it because it does have some great songs. The movie isn't great though it's fun looking at the hair & clothes. Have you thought about doing the 90's college movie Higher Learning to make this part of a Soundtrack Saturday Gen-X trilogy?

Was the remix for “This is the Day” (i.e., “That Was the Day”) done for the soundtrack, or was it a The The b-side? Also, it's interesting that Bryan Ferry's “Is Your Love Strong Enough” (used in Legend) was recycled for use on this soundtrack.
