On camera Senator McCain does not show that kind of childlike excitement. It wouldn't make him seem like an effective leader. But on the phone, behind closed doors, he acts like he's four years old more than you'd think. You should've heard him talk about John Wayne movies. He was in heaven.

This is not a real interview, Robert. You made it up. How do I know this? Well, you had me going until you wrote that Senator John McCain said the word "Yippee!" To my knowledge (which is based on viewing two interviews on The Daily Show, one on The Tonight Show, a 30 second clip on MSNBC, and three You Tube videos) McCain has never shown a proclivity to utter that word (by the way, I learned the word "proclivity" when Senator John McCain said it on a You Tube mash-up posted by some person named Fuzzyslippers854. Man, that was a good video).
