A few years back I worked in an office building with giant windows in the offices. The previous night I had watched The Birds. Other inspiring Hitchcocks: <i>Rebecca</i>, <i>Shadow of a Doubt</i>, <i>Strangers on a Train</i>, <i>The Birds</i>...he had quite a run, and even the duds and half-good pictures that followed <i>The Birds</i> (soon to be remade, aargh) are of interest.
