After a while she'd shuffle it off to a 6 AM time slot and then quietly take it off the air, at which point Ted would call her and politely say, "Betty, put 'Captain Planet' back on." Chuck Leavell's from my hometown, or rather I'm from his.<br><br>I'm glad to see James Iha's in full-on Warhol mode now. Nothing ever came of the Virgins, a supposed supergroup that was going to involve Iha, Evan Dando, Melissa Auf der Maur, and Ryan Adams back at the beginning of the decade. Dando says Adams hurt his hand right when they were about to start throwing around ideas, and then they all went on to other projects.
