Excellant Rodney Crowell song. He's back in good form. Thank you for the post.
  • Jeff, I really hope that people appreciate how much good music you're giving them on a weekly basis. This is another excellent list.
  • Very kind of you, Ken. I assume you're talking mostly about the Bob McGrath track, right?
  • Epic!
  • My favorite part is the guitar solo.
  • I couldn't make it that far.
  • You disappoint me.
  • That Eno/Cale disc is made of win - probably my favorite record of the last OH HOLY SHIT IT'S ALMOST TWENTY YEARS NOW
  • I know, right? 1990 feels like it was about five years ago. Where did it all go?

I enjoyed that tune by Raphael Saadiq. Has kind of a CCR guitar thing going on at the beginning.
  • It's a really great record. One of the best R&B albums I've heard in years. Solid through and through.
  • Ted
I might give it a download based on your recommendation.
  • Keep an eye on your FTP directory.

Wow! I was just on the Amazon page ready to click "Download." I'm listening to samples on emusic of Cold War Kids right now. So far, it's just okay.
  • Sunny Day Sets Fire. Terrible band name but a damned good record.
  • Raphael Saadiq's album RULES. Best R&B album I've heard in ages.
