LOVE the Self track. Ever since Jason posted that on his old site, it's become a big favorite of mine. Always nice to run across it again…it never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Jeff, I have nothing against you, but you really aren't very discriminating about your associations, are you?

Loved The Entertainer, BTW. I'm so used to the Marvin Hamlish version from The Sting. A refreshing change.

How about a post on Nine Days? I know they're perceived as a one hit wonder, but that entire first album was excellent. I caught them live after that first record and they we're great; very high energy. I loved what the keyboard did for their sound. They continue to release stuff (some was free on their website). While not as consistent as their debut, the latter stuff has some great songs (for instance, “29 Year Old Girls” from the CD “Flying the Corporate Jet”)
