I liked American Doll Posse, though it didn't move me like previous records (she sorta lost me with her covers album). I suppose I'm in a different place than I was when I was really into her stuff. I saw her live (solo) back in college, when she was out supporting Little Earthquakes. Really good show, as I recall. I remember wanting to hear "China," and she didn't play it until nearly the end. I thought, "Damn, she's got one album, she's played for 90 minutes and the one song I wanna hear, she won't get to." Then, of course, she played it.<br><br>Good interview, Katherine. Very important albums that got a lot of play in my world at the time. I've enjoyed selected moments since then, but haven't really paid attention musically in a few years.
