		<description>There seems to be a trend with some bands &quot;resenting&quot; maybe? IDK if that&#039;s the proper word to use, but it seems that at least where you&#039;re concerned, there&#039;s a resentment from the artists you&#039;ve worked with and it corresponds with the fact that the albums YOU worked on are the ones us fans regard as the classic output for that band. Twisted Sister&#039;s 1st 3 albums are the ones that most of us consider the cream of the crop, and Stay Hungry was the biggest of all of them and you were involved in polishing the edges on TS and it paid off for them. Motley Crue, another example, where at least for me personally, Too Fast For Love is a trashy classic, but the real success came with the following 3, with Shout At The Devil being the &quot;cut off point&quot; for a lot of us who liked the more raw, heavy side of the band. But there&#039;s no denying Theatre Of Pain and GirlsX3 were what established the band as mega stars that set the stage for Dr Feelgood to be the monster it was. I personally didn&#039;t like much after TOP, but that&#039;s my personal preference for the heavier side of them. Girlsx3 got a little too &#039;dancy&#039; sounding for me...focused more on grooves than straight forward rock. It&#039;s general consensus that Cheap Trick&#039;s best and classic work ended when your involvement with them ended(that&#039;s not a knock on their other stuff which I love too, but let&#039;s be honest LOL), and Nugent, same deal as Trick. I can&#039;t figure out if it&#039;s a resentment that you had a big impact on the sound/arrangements and they all hate that fact, or is it that they think you didn&#039;t do much at all and you just &#039;happened to be there&#039; at the right time and take more credit than they want you to? Seems too much of a coincidence that whenever you &#039;happened to be there&#039; there were great albums being made LOL. Sorry for rambling....if you told me when I was 10 in 1980 I&#039;d have a chance to interact with Tom Werman about this stuff I&#039;d have laughed. The internet is good for some things I guess LOL</description>

		<description>I really like the way you write. Even though you are not chewing your words and call a cat a cat, you do it with respect for the artists you&#039;ve worked with. I always find it fascinating how fans tend to belive guys in bands... who tends to be morons and do not necessarily give credit to those who were behind the scenes. Hindsight is a beautiful thing. I can understand a producer being assigned by the label and the band not being overwhelmed by it. Unfortunately, comments made years later carry bitterness. They should be made when one is trying to put himself back in the situation how things were when they really happen. Snider was not happy? Fair enough. Did he say something or could he disagree with the label? No? OK, it pisses him off but that&#039;s how things were. If he really was so much in disagreement he could have walked away from the money if he artistic credibility/integrity was so important to him.... Did he do it? Not that I am aware of.</description>

And I quoted Morris verbatim in the last istallment. And if Snyder denies telling me to my face that he wanted me to do the record, he&#039;s flat out lying. Tell my side of the story? I emailed the guy when he used his radio show to talk shit about me, and I told him if he had a shred of decency, he&#039;d let me come on the show. I got no response. Nada. Zilch. JJ French and I have had a few conversations in the past couple of years. He&#039;s a good man. If he had problems with the production, he articulated them. All I ever get from Dee Snyder is sniper fire. The guy has issues. Let him babble on....</description>
