The Weekly Mixtape: 2/11/11 (“I Love You, Let’s BLANK”)

Matt Springer February 11, 2011 5

Love and sex. Sex and love. The twin poles of human interaction.

Some prefer love; others prefer sex. Smart folks enjoy both as frequently as possible.

Today’s mixtape honors the approaching feast day of St. Valentine with a collection of songs that bounce between love and sex with joyful abandon. Whether you’re a lover or a…sexer?…hopefully you’ll find something to enjoy. And come Monday night, it may just provide the perfect soundtrack for a long evening of sexy love, or loving sex, or whatever proportions of each you seek to consume.

Kinda surprising Jimmy Buffett’s “Why Don’t We Get Drunk” isn’t on this list?

Dan: This is a mixtape about love. Depending on whether or not your are alone in there, this may be a good place to play this love tune fest.

look into Airfoil by RougeAmeoba. You can use that to stream music from your browser to your home stereo. Very helpful for mix tape listening in places other than your bedroom.

Any mix tape with Little Milton and Beck doing Debra on it is worth listening to.

I typically assume that any Popdose reader is already incorporating their laptop into their lovemaking.
