Dubbed “the next gay pop star” by AfterEllen, Jordan Alexander’s career has skyrocketed after only three years on the scene. After her girlfriend gave her a guitar and signed her up for a talent competition, Alexander began crafting her brand of danceable pop with an electronic backbeat. For fans of top 40 artists like Hailee Steinfeld, the Chainsmokers, Halsey, and Katy Perry, Jordan Alexander is one to watch.

Her single “Take Me Out Tonight” is a quintessential party song. Not a pulsing, obnoxious club jam (would I do that to you? C’mon), but a perfect track for getting yourself psyched to go out.
