I tried to watch Fallon again the other night, and I lasted maybe ten minutes. Absolutely, positively unwatchable. You know who I feel sorry for? The Roots. Possibly the coolest band around is tied to THAT schmuck? I hope they're getting paid REAL well.

About time. I have it on good authority that D'Angelo was waiting to hear from Don before wrapping up the long,long, long-awaited James River.

I laughed at the cleaning the pool suggestion. It reminds me of a very old ESPN promo that had Charley Steiner switching places with a cast member from Melrose Place. After showing the actor wrapping up a Sports Center show, you see Charley Steiner cleaning a pool and looking longingly at someone off camera.

But I digress. It would be nice to see D'Angelo pair up with Prince and/or Me'Shell. Even a reunion with Erykah Badu would be welcomed. They did a duet together back in the day.

Just put down the erb and get back in the studio. Finish the damn album already.

P.S. Saw one episode of Fallon's late-night show. Ugh. Does smirking your way through SNL Weekend Updates (and he was good at this) qualify you to be a talk show host?
