But thanks to the licensing police, that does us Americans a fat lot of good.) Just to put things in perspective, we live in a country where not just “Saint Julian” but, indeed, ALL of Julian Cope's solo releases remain unavailable digitally, even as both of Scott Baio's albums are available on iTunes.

And I know, because I checked.
