He is the publisher of 6623 Press, which makes unconventional books about pop culture, success, and other cool stuff. Ferris is the author of the full-length Slayer biography, Slayer 66 2/3: The Jeff & Dave Years. His previous book, Slayer's Reign in Blood, the first English-language book about the band, is part of Bloomsbury Academic/Continuum's 33 1/3 series. His webcomic strip, Suburban Metal Dad, runs every Monday and Friday at Popdose. He is 'bout it.
