Monifah hit #32 with ”You” and #9 with ”Touch It”

John Michael Montgomery’s lone top 40 hit in the decade was ”Hold On To Me” which peaked at #3 in 1998.

Chante Moore hit #10 in 1999 with ”Chante’s Got A Man”
