The kids are mad at me. They want to do their own Dizzy Heights show – and make no mistake, that is absolutely going to happen – but they wanted to play the song that inspired this week’s title, and at present, I have a ‘No Repeat’ policy when it comes to songs. Sorry, kids. It is my show in the end. I have every faith that you will come up with something that I have absolutely no interest in playing.

I like the fact that this week’s show covers songs recorded between 1975 and 2016, but the set list is not as diverse as the bookends might suggest. Other years that are represented include: 1985, 1986, 1987, 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001. One band is led by twins. As in real-life twins, not three unrelated people calling themselves twins.

I also do a set where the name of one band is the song title by the other. That’s about as clever as I get, people.

Thank you, as always, for listening. Next week: It’s the Ted Asregadoo Prog Pop Show, yay! *confetti falls from ceiling*

David Medsker

David Medsker used to be "with it." But then they changed what "it" was. Now what he's "with" isn't "it," and what's "it" seems weird and scary to him. He is available for children's parties.
