As you are no doubt aware, on Tuesday Capitol Records released the long-awaited SMiLE Sessions by the Beach Boys. It is available in a variety of formats including a deluxe box set that includes five CDs, two LPs, two vinyl singles, and a 60-page hardbound book.You can expect more extensive coverage from Popdose in the very near future.

In conjunction with the release, the Beach Boys have created a series of ten webisodes. The first two are below, and the band will post a new entry every Monday and Thursday for the next few weeks. In addition to these videos, the Beach Boys have posted a contest-winning animated video for their song “Heroes and Villains.”
