Brandy is ranked at #15 in the decade according to Billboard thanks to 13 weeks at #1 with ”The Boy Is Mine” with Monica and two weeks at the top spot with ”Have You Ever?” In addition she hit the top 40 with ”I Wanna Be Down,” ”Baby,” ”Best Friend,” ”Brokenhearted,” ”Sittin’ Up In My Room,” ”Missing You” and ”Almost Doesn’t Count.”

The Brat Pack hit #36 in 1990 with ”You’re the Only Woman”

Toni Braxton ranks as the 13th biggest artist of the 90s thanks to the double A-Side #1 single ”You’re Making Me High/Let It Flow” and 11 weeks at #1 with ”Unbreak My Heart.” She also hit the top 40 with ”Love Shoulda Brought You Home,” ”Another Sad Love Song,” ”Breathe Again,” ”You Mean the World To Me,” ”I Belong To You,” ”How Many Ways,” and ”I Don’t Want To/I Love Me Some Him.” In the mix was also four Grammy awards.

Breathe’s final two charting songs both hit the top 40 in 1990 — ”Say A Prayer” and ”Does She Love That Man?”

Chad Brock’s first single, ”Ordinary Life” hit #39 in 1999.

”MyBabyDaddy” is perhaps the most forgotten about top 10 hit in the decade. B-Rock & the Bizz took it to #10 in 1997.

Chris Gaines hit #5 in 1999 with ”Lost In You.” That’s right, Garth Brooks’s only trip to the Billboard top 40 was as Chris Gaines. Ain’t that some shit?

Meredith Brooks hit #2 for four weeks in 1997 with ”Bitch.”
