Just in case you thought we were pulling your leg when we announced it (and here I thought we had something special going on), here is further proof that the Guided By Voices reunion album is actually happening. Matador Records is releasing a 7-inch of the new song “The Unsinkable Fats Domino,” and strangely enough, we got the track down below for your shivering delight. What ho!

The new record, Let’s Go Eat The Factory is slated for an extremely early 2012 release from Robert Pollard’s own Guided By Voices record label.
