Greetings, boils and ghouls! It is once again that time of year when Popdose’s own crypt-keeper, Jack Fear, ascends from his dank and musty vaults to unleash upon an unsuspecting world the spine-tingling sounds of our morbid mixtape series. You thought it was over, but some things just won’t stay dead…

In a tradition now seven years strong, we’ve added a brand-new MP3 mixtape to the collection, for a total of fourteen mixes, assembled from nearly 400 source tracks — classics, beloved novelty songs, sound effects, spoken word, snippets of old-time radio, film and TV clips, deep cuts and rarities — many (if not most) unavailable on any streaming service, and all curated and edited into seamless audio collages that you won’t find anywhere else. All of it, free to stream or download, perfect for Halloween parties, office listening, or long car rides.

That’s more than sixteen hours of spooky sound — and you won’t hear ”Ghostbusters” once. That’s a promise.
